Messa Sync is seeking a driven and strategic Leadership Development Associate to join our dynamic team in this role you will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement training programs support succession planning and enhance team performance through leadership initiatives.
Responsibilities
Assist in the design and delivery of leadership development programs
Conduct needs assessments to identify leadership skill gaps
Support organizational development strategies and succession planning efforts
Collaborate with HR and department heads to coordinate training logistics
Track program effectiveness and recommend improvements
Provide coaching and mentoring support to emerging leaders
Maintain updated documentation of training materials and reports
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Organizational Development or a related field
13 years of experience in leadership training talent development or related HR function
Strong understanding of leadership development frameworks and performance management
Excellent communication facilitation and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
