Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Service Associate to join our team in Sandy this role you will be the primary point of contact for our clients ensuring smooth communications and support across all service lines. Your ability to deliver excellent customer experiences resolve issues efficiently and maintain lasting client relationships will be key to your success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally
Monitor project progress and ensure service quality meets client expectations
Prepare and maintain accurate client records and documentation
Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and service delivery
Coordinate follow-ups and schedule client meetings when necessary
Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring seamless integration
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Proven experience in client service account coordination or administrative support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and client management systems
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or related field preferred
