Job Description
Blue Print Out is seeking highly motivated and dependable Call Center Representatives to join our growing this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner
Handle customer inquiries complaints and support requests with a problem-solving mindset
Provide accurate information about products and services
Document customer interactions using internal systems
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments
Maintain performance metrics and achieve quality assurance targets
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred
Proven experience in a call center or customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office CRM systems)
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Reliable punctual and goal-oriented
