Data Collection: Unit Information: (insert name) Location: 1 North Address: 504 Medical Center Blvd. Conroe Texas 77304 Floor: 1 North Building: 504 General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 31 Number of Staff 30 Type of staff: o Day Shift (example 1 charge 6 RN 2 CNA and 1-3 sitters) o Night Shift 6 RN 2 C.N.A. and 1-2 sitters) Patient Ratios 1:6 Type of equipment computer on wheels EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Critical Thinking & Prioritization Organizational skills Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
