Job Summary
Sports Physical Therapy has an immediate opportunity for a dynamic individual ready to work as an Exercise Specialist in a fast-paced physical therapy clinic. This position is responsible for daily patient care and takes direction from a physical therapist(s) by performing treatment-related exercise programs and patient-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications :
- This position requires excellent customer service interaction with patients clinicians and staff.
- Interest or a degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology background
- Prior medical clinic experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated commitment to exceptional professionalism confidentiality and patient safety
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with patients

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $19 - $22 hourly rate. Salary is based on various factors including relevant experience knowledge skills other job-related qualifications and geography. Additionally this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Companys incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical dental vision 401(k) paid time off and other benefits are also available subject to the terms of the Companys plan.
