JOB SUMMARY
Assists in supervising the daily operations and personnel of the Center for the Arts ArtTix ticket office and the monitoring of daily funds collected through ticket sales. Works with management and the IT department to ensure in-house and internet daily ticket sales are operational.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
One (1) year of customer service experience and at least six (6) months of computerized ticketing experience.
Supervisory experience is preferred.
Due to the nature of this position the successful applicant must pass a required background check through fingerprinting and enrollment in the continuous RAP Back (Record of Arrest and Prosecution Back) program in accordance with current County Human Resources policy requirements.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to sit for several hours while using a computer.
Light lifting required.
This position opening is for 30 hours per week.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THIS POSITION
Must be able to work flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
