POSITION SUMMARY
The Installation & Field Services Supervisor oversees the installation troubleshooting and maintenance of cabling and field devices related to electronic security systems; including fire alarm CCTV access control intrusion and networking infrastructure. This role combines hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities ensuring all installations meet company standards project timelines and client expectations. The ideal candidate is an experienced technician ready to take the next step into team leadership mentoring junior techs while maintaining a strong field presence. |

- Demonstrate technical mastery by independently managing complex installations while training and coaching junior technicians to company standards.
- Maintain project timelines with less than 5% variance while adhering to material and labor budgets.
