Position Description:
Trinus Corporation is looking for a skilled Senior Consultant - BI/Databricks. This is a 12-month contract role with W2 pay and its fully remote.
Required Domain Experience:
- Candidates must have experience in the Human Resources and/or Finance domain. This role requires direct client interaction for activities such as requirements gathering status meetings and presentations.
Experience Required:
- 8 years of data engineering experience in IT application integration design developing and maintaining database/BI applications with SQL Server and BI stack.
- 5 years of experience in developing and maintaining financial and operational reports and in Power BI Dashboards development Power BI Pagination Reports Development.
- 4 years of experience withing the last 6 years in Azure Environment from inception to support.
- 4 years of experience within the last 6 years in designing & developing SQL queries debugging & tunning complex queries for optimal performance.
- 3 years of experience within the last 6 years of the following: Data Warehouse experience with SQL Server Oracle and Databricks; designing and developing Power BI Paginated reports using Power BI Report Builder; and implementing advanced Row-Level Security (RLS) and Object Level Security (OLS) to Power BI Dashboards and Report Builder reports.
- 2 years of hands-on experience within the last 5 years in Cognos-to-Power BI Paginated Report conversions including redesign and optimization.
- 2 years of experience in the last 10 years in designing and developing Applications using C# and .
- 2 years of Human Resource Domain Knowledge or similar within the last 6 years designing and developing Data Models in Power BI/SQL Server Analysis (SSAS)/Databricks/Azure Synapse using DAX and MDX.
- 1 year of experience in the last 6 years with Cognos programs.
- 1 year of experience in designing and developing Web Focus BI Portals/Dashboards/Reports and Models.
