Job Description
Job Title: Power BI / SSIS Developer
Location: Hermitage PA or Pittsburgh PA (Onsite)
Client: FNB (First National Bank)
Visa: USC
Interview Mode: Virtual
We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI / SSIS Developer to join our team onsite at FNB. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing maintaining and optimizing data integration workflows along with creating interactive dashboards and reports that drive business insights.
Key Responsibilities-
Design develop and maintain SSIS packages for ETL processes ensuring high performance and data accuracy.

Develop publish and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business users.

Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.

Optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for reporting and ETL processes.

Ensure data quality consistency and security across different reporting solutions.

Collaborate with IT and business teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.

Document technical designs data flows and reporting standards.

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI (DAX Power Query data modeling).

Solid experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for ETL development.

Proficiency in SQL Server (T-SQL stored procedures performance tuning).

Experience working with relational databases data warehouses and reporting environments.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with technical and business teams.
