Bon Secours - St. Francis Downtown is looking for a Urologist! Locum to Perm coverage

Practice Setting: Hospital based

Required Areas and Procedures:
General Urology Ureteroscopy

Requirement description :
MUST NOTATE ALL DURING NAME CLEARS
- Board Certified/Board Eligible - REQUIRED
- Active SC license (will accept providers needing to obtain state license
- ACLS BLS - REQUIRED
- DEA - REQUIRED
- Provider must confirm at time of name clear that they are interested in locum to perm - REQUIRED
- MUST submit to both locations to be considered - REQUIRED
- MUST be available to provide coverage of up to 6 days per month - REQUIRED
