Job Description
POSITION PURPOSE: We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Fullstack
Software Engineer with a strong emphasis on front-end development to join our team in
India. This pivotal role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with extensive
proficiency in modern web technologies user interface design and user experience
optimization. You will set the strategic direction for our front-end architecture define best
practices and champion the role of front-end development in driving our business priorities.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Front-End Development: Lead the design and implementation of engaging user-
friendly web interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React Angular or
). Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications across various
devices and browsers.
User Experience Optimization: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate
wireframes and prototypes into functional and interactive web applications. Focus on
enhancing user experience by implementing best practices in usability and
accessibility.
Integration and Deployment: Work closely with back-end developers to integrate
APIs and services ensuring seamless data flow between the front-end and back-end
systems. Define and implement best practices for deploying front-end solutions in
production environments.
Collaboration and Communication: Maintain comprehensive documentation of
front-end components and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing. Engage with
stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate complex front-end concepts
effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Research and Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging front-end technologies and
contribute to enhancing team capabilities through research and experimentation. Act
as a leader in exploring new frameworks and approaches for future projects.

WHO YOU ARE:
Educational Background: You hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science
Software Engineering or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant
experience in front-end development. Total work experience - 13years.
Experience: You have a proven track record as a Fullstack Developer or Front-End
Developer with extensive experience in creating and maintaining web applications.
Technical Proficiency: You are proficient in HTML CSS and JavaScript with
strong knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g. React Angular ) and version
control systems like Git.
Educational Background: You hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science
Software Engineering or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant
experience in front-end development. Total work experience - 13years.
Experience: You have a proven track record as a Fullstack Developer or Front-End
Developer with extensive experience in creating and maintaining web applications.
Technical Proficiency: You are proficient in HTML CSS and JavaScript with
strong knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g. React Angular ) and version
control systems like Git.
