Crane Operator 55 Ton RT Crane
Pay: $33$35/hour Per Diem
Location: Winter Park FL
Shift/Duration: 68 Week Project with opportunity for ongoing work
Job Type: Contract/Project-Based
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Crane Operator 55 Ton RT Crane for a short-term project in Winter Park FL. The Crane Operator 55 Ton RT Crane will be responsible for operating a 55-ton Rough Terrain crane supporting heavy lifting and material handling tasks on-site. This opportunity allows the Crane Operator 55 Ton RT Crane to contribute to safe and efficient operations with the possibility of transitioning to future projects.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 55-ton RT crane in compliance with all safety regulations and site requirements
- Perform lifts for construction materials and equipment as directed
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintain proper operating condition
- Communicate effectively with ground crews and supervisors to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow all OSHA standards and site safety policies
Required Experience & Skills
- Valid crane operator certification (NCCCO or equivalent preferred)
- Proven experience operating rough terrain cranes (55-ton or similar)
- Strong safety record and commitment to site protocols
- Ability to work full project duration (68 weeks)
- Flexibility to transition to future projects if desired
