Support children young people and foster carers through case management. Coordinate care ensure safety and uphold rights while promoting stability cultural connection and positive outcomes in foster care.

Duties
Develop and review care and cultural plans
Conduct home visits and hear young voices
Assess risk and ensure child safety
Prepare reports and meet legal requirements
Build partnerships with carers and community
Skills & Experience
Tertiary qualification in social work or related (or experience)
Proven casework in child protection or foster care
Current WWCC NDIS Check and Police Check
Ability to work with children with complex needs
Current drivers licence
