Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users product owners and stakeholders to gather analyze and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear actionable user stories use cases workflows and data/process models.
- Work closely with developers QA testers and UX/UI teams to ensure the solution meets both business and technical needs.
- Conduct gap analysis impact analysis and root cause analysis for system enhancements or problem resolution.
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives aligning with business strategy and IT architecture.
- Facilitate requirement review sessions sprint planning and backlog grooming in Agile environments.
- Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and other relevant artifacts.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by defining test cases coordinating testing efforts and validating outcomes with business users.
- Monitor system implementation and support post-production issues through resolution.
- Stay current on new IT trends and recommend improvements in system processes and tools.
Qualifications :
Must Have Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in writing clear and concise documentation.
- Skilled in business process modeling and data flow diagrams.
- Working knowledge of tools like JIRA Confluence MS Visio Lucidchart SQL and Excel.
- Familiarity with SDLC Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Good to Have Skills:
- Experience working in Agile (Scrum SAFe) or hybrid development environments.
- Prior experience with system integration legacy modernization or enterprise applications (e.g. ERP CRM custom platforms).
- Public sector or enterprise experience.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
- 10 to 13 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
Additional Information :
Salary: USD $130000 - $145000 Gross (Includes base bonuses) Nagarro Standard Benefits
