Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Boston MA Seaport (3 days onsite 2 days remote)
Work Type: Hybrid (No relocation candidates)
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (6 12 months possible full-time conversion)
Rate: $65/hr on W2 (Parking cost offset: add $2 $3/hr if commuting)

- Must be able to commute onsite 3 days per week.

Position Overview: We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business processes identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting decision-making to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction within our travel business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization including product operations sales and customer service teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable analysis.
- Conduct data analysis identify trends and provide recommendations for business improvements and new opportunities in the travel sector.
- Develop document and manage business requirements for new systems processes and product features.
- Design and implement business process improvements to optimize DW operations in conjunction with the marketing team Call center and BI Analytics.
- Support project management by providing business analysis expertise during project planning implementation and post-launch phases.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in data engineering or data warehousing environments.
- Bachelor s degree in business administration Information Technology or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel SQL or data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI or Python).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to business challenges.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with the travel industry would be a big plus.
- Understanding of emerging trends in the travel industry including digital transformation personalization and customer loyalty.
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to plan execute and interpret A/B tests ensuring statistical validity and actionable outcomes.
