Job Description
Preferred/required skills:
- Knowledge of current child support system
- Knowledge of current child support system architecture or modernized architecture
- Design and Develop: Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level IT systems ensuring they meet functional and non-functional requirements. This includes creating architectural documentation.
- Technical Leadership: Act as a technical expert and mentor for development teams. Provide guidance on best practices coding standards and architectural patterns.
- Requirements Analysis: Work with stakeholders product managers and business analysts to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Description

- Troubleshooting: Address and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in existing systems.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation of system architecture design decisions and technical specifications.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills. The ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is crucial.
