Job Description
A well-established Restoration franchise is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations develop staff and drive business growth. This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing multiple divisions ensuring operational excellence and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Position Overview
As the General Manager you will coordinate and oversee all aspects of the franchise s operations. You will hire train and develop employees mentor division managers and ensure the company consistently delivers outstanding results to clients. This role requires strong business acumen proven leadership ability and a track record of building positive team culture while achieving performance goals.
- Collaborate with division managers to develop and execute the annual business plan.
- Oversee the Marketing Mitigation Production Construction Services and Office divisions.
- Direct franchise operations during storm events and large-loss projects.
- Conduct regular managers meetings and report to ownership as required.
- Provide coaching mentorship and leadership development to division managers.
- Assist with recruiting hiring training and retaining employees across divisions.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and strong client relationships.
- Confirm HR compliance and insurance requirements are consistently met.
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local regulations.
- Restoration Industry experience required.
- 5 years of management and team leadership experience in the Restoration Industry.
- Proven ability to build and maintain a positive high-performance culture.
- Strong leadership mentoring and coaching skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in computer systems reporting tools and operational software.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check (as permitted by law).
- Salary Range: $90000 $110000 DOE (plus bonus opportunities)
