Estate Support Staff (Part-Time)

• Clear tables after guests leave transporting glassware and tableware to the kitchen and placing silverware dishes and glassware in designated areas for washing
• Promptly clean tabletops chairs and banquettes between seatings
• Reset and arrange tabletops; check and clean floors as needed
• Inspect restrooms every 30 minutes cleaning and restocking as necessary
• Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate them to servers or a manager immediately
• Restock wine merchandise and collateral materials as needed
• Assist with pre- and post-shift setup and cleanup

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in a tasting room or restaurant setting is preferred but not required
• RBS and Food Handler Certifications required or must be willing to complete certifications independently and at personal cost shortly upon hire
• Possesses a flexible schedule and able to work weekends evenings and holidays
• Must be able to speak read write and understand English
• Strong interest in customer service and an appreciation for wine
• Attention to detail to ensure dishes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
  • Previous dishwashing experience preferred but not required
• Has a professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage priorities and tasks
• Versatility flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
• Uses good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
• Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus

Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 an hour and will be included in the tip pool. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
