Position: AI & Automation Expert
Location: Remote (Philippines Only)
Schedule: Part-Time (U.S. hours flexible )
Responsibilities:
Design and implement automation workflows using tools like Zapier Make (Integromat) and Zoho Flow etc.
Integrate various apps CRMs lead generation platforms and APIs
Build chatbots auto-responders and basic AI agents
Set up AI-driven reports auto-scheduling and data processing scripts
Optimize repetitive business tasks with smart automations
Collaborate with our operations and marketing teams to solve problems through tech
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in automation scripting or AI tools
Solid knowledge of tools like Zapier Make Zoho Pabbly Airtable and Google Apps Scripts etc.
Familiar with APIs webhooks and custom workflows
Experience with Zoho CRM/Zoho Creator is a big plus
Ability to design end-to-end automations and troubleshoot integration issues
Great communicator with strong logic and attention to detail
Familiarity with ChatGPT/OpenAI Python scripting or custom GPT workflows
