Responsibilities: - Lead and guide the rehab team including PTs OTs and SLPs.
- Cultivate a positive collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Oversee rehab services to ensure they meet established protocols and maintain high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with therapists to assess patient needs create treatment plans and track progress.
- Recruit train and manage rehab staff conduct performance evaluations and support their development.
- Develop and implement tailored rehab programs and strategies to meet patient needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and evidence-based practices to improve program effectiveness.
- Monitor and maintain quality assurance meeting regulatory standards and patient safety.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals like physicians nurses and social workers for holistic patient care.
- Manage the rehab department budget efficiently optimizing resources for quality care.
- Ensure precise and timely documentation of patient assessments care plans and activities.
- Uphold compliance with relevant regulations ethical standards and organizational policies.
