Sales Hunter/BDM Staffing Services - US market
Location: USA (Remote based in the US or India)
We are currently partnering with a global technology and workforce solutions firm serving enterprise clients across key industries. To support the company s aggressive expansion in the US they are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Sales Hunter to lead business development initiatives and grow the client base in North America.
Role
The Sales Hunter / BDM will play a crucial role in acquiring new clients and expanding the organization s staffing footprint in the US market. This individual will drive go-to-market strategies build deep relationships with decision-makers and play a key part in scaling revenue from both IT and non-IT staffing opportunities. The role requires an independent high-performing contributor with deep market knowledge and a passion for sales.
Responsibilities
- Lead new client acquisition efforts across direct clients and MSP programs in the US.
- Execute outbound business development strategies to grow the US staffing portfolio.
- Promote and position staffing services across contract contract-to-hire and permanent placements.
- Build long-term trust-based relationships with HR Procurement and C-level executives.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal to closure.
- Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Maintain accurate CRM records forecasts and performance dashboards.
- Stay informed on US staffing market trends competitive positioning and buyer behavior.
- Lay the groundwork for future team expansion and leadership within the US BD function.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in staffing or recruitment sales (IT or non-IT sectors).
- Demonstrated success in new logo acquisition and hitting revenue targets.
- Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with staffing models and service-based delivery environments.
- Hands-on experience with VMS/MSP programs is a plus.
- US market experience (remote or onsite).
- Sales / Hunting experience with a strong track record of client acquisition.
- Understanding of System Integrator (SI) or Staffing Business (IT & Non-IT Staffing).
- Proven ability to work independently and drive initiatives without close supervision.
- Leadership potential to build and scale the US Business Development team.
- Bachelor s degree required; MBA preferred.
