About the Role
We are seeking a Legal Documentation Support Specialist to join the Solutions for Financial Intermediaries team within the Institutional Client Group. This role provides critical support in reviewing and preparing legal documentation for structured product issuances. The position requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines while handling confidential information.
You will work closely with Sales Structuring and Legal teams reporting directly to the Head of the Legal Documentation Unit within the Retail Third-Party Distribution group.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft review and prepare deal documentation (Term Sheets Pricing Supplements Notes) for structured products.
- Coordinate with Sales Structuring and Legal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance in documentation.
- Develop test and maintain templates to support automation of deal documentation for listed issuances.
- Track report and escalate legal-related issues as needed; collaborate with team members to resolve.
- Manage multiple high-priority projects and time-sensitive deliverables simultaneously.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the documentation unit.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook SharePoint) and Adobe Professional.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent grammar proofreading and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle high-volume work under short deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong organizational problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Reliable team player with a proactive self-starter mindset and sound judgment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
