Job Description
Job Title: .NET PL/SQL Developer (Workers Comp IAIABC Billing Policy PPM Pro)
Location: New York NY(Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualification:
- Experience in developing and maintaining software solutions to support Workers Compensation insurance processes including implementation of proof of coverage in accordance with IAIABC guidelines
- Strong background in building and supporting billing and collections software including accounts receivable management and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Expertise in designing and implementing software for policy premium calculation renewals rebills and audits aligned with New York State Workers Compensation Insurance regulations
- Proficient in Oracle development with PL/SQL including creation and optimization of triggers functions stored procedures packages views cursors file processing and advanced queries specifically within State Workers Compensation applications to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Hands-on experience as a .NET application developer using TFS and Visual Studio (2019 or newer) with a focus on designing developing and maintaining scalable high-performance applications in line with Workers Compensation industry standards
- Skilled in web application development using JavaScript CSS XML XSLT HTML and AJAX with experience building responsive cross-browser compatible solutions optimized for performance and industry best practices
- Experience working with Planview PPM Pro (formerly Innotas) for project and portfolio management
