Job Description

Job Title: QA Automation Engineer (Selenium TestNG SQL Java Education Domain)

Location: 100% Remote Within the United States

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Mandatory Qualifications:

Hands-on experience testing complex web applications
Strong expertise in testing across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Proficiency in test automation using Selenium and TestNG
Advanced knowledge of Database/SQL languages for validation and verification
Experience with Java programming language for automation scripting
Familiarity with Apache POI and Apache PDFBox for file testing
Experience with performance testing tools such as WAPT Pro JMeter or similar

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience parsing WebTables to verify results
Experience using Zephyr Scale for test management
Familiarity with JIRA for defect tracking and project management

Responsibilities:

Design develop and execute automated test scripts to ensure the quality of web applications
Perform functional regression integration and performance testing
Validate data integrity and business logic using advanced SQL queries
Collaborate with developers business analysts and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues
Document track and manage defects through resolution using industry-standard tools
Maintain and enhance automation frameworks and ensure adherence to best practices
Generate comprehensive test reports and provide feedback for continuous improvement
