Practice Location: Dartmouth Taunton New Bedford Fall River Massachusetts. Open position in Dartmouth/Taunton

If Physician is retiring how much longer will Physician Work: End of October 2025
Experience Requirement: Will take any experience level but prefer experienced cataract surgeon
Target Compensation: $150000 Base Salary
Bonus Opportunity: Bonus threshold calculation: Collections plus Post-Ops ($50 ascribed per post-op) minus Cost of contact lenses sold minus 2x wage. Bonus is 15% of the amount over this threshold.
Retirement Program: 401k 25% match on all contributions.
Other Benefits: Up to $3000 expense reimbursement per year for professional education. 8 Paid Holidays. Practice pays professional liability coverage.
Signing Bonus: $5000 signing bonus and $5000 one year longevity bonus.
Vacation/PTO: 4 Weeks PTO 5 days for CME 7 Sick Days.
