Ready to make an impact this summer The Cigna GroupsHuman Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP)Summer Associate Internship is a 10-week immersive experience designed to launch your career in HR. Youll take on meaningful high-impact projects aligned with our talent strategy all while working side-by-side with experienced HR leaders across a variety of functions.

As an HRLDP Summer Associate you wont just learn about Human Resourcesyoull live it. Well help you shape the career you want through hands-on work mentorship and exposure to senior leaders who are passionate about developing future HR trailblazers.

Why It Matters:
This internship is more than a summer gigits your gateway to a full-time role in our HRLDP. Those who join us full-time will rotate through three dynamic HR roles (12 months each) gaining a 360 view of HR and building a strong foundation for leadership.
Who Were Looking For:
First-year Masters students in HR Labor Relations or MBA programs with an HR focus.
1 years of professional experience (HR experience preferred).
Strong relationship builders who thrive in a matrixed environment.
Curious self-driven problem solvers with a passion for people.
Excellent communicatorsboth written and verbal.
