Job Description
POSITION TITLE: Senior Software Engineer (Multiple Positions)
WORK LOCATION: 1131 4th Avenue South Suite 330 Nashville TN 37210. May work remotely 100% from home office anywhere in the U.S. Travel to corporate office in Nashville TN is not required.
POSITION DUTIES: Develop services RESTful web services AMQP based message solutions; develop Java web applications using development frameworks such as Spring/Spring Boot Hibernate and JPA; develop Java Web applications using database SQL View Stored Procedures Functions and Views; provide troubleshooting support and diagnostics to internal teams as necessary; responsible for sound and high quality technical deliverables; design develop and maintain high-quality applications; responsible for end-to-end ownership including writing test cases and fixing bugs; and provide innovative technical solutions to complex situations and resolves problems in timely manner.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science Computer Information Systems or a related field; 5 years of experience in design and development of APIs using REST standards; 5 years of experience developing applications using Java; strong understanding of object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD) concepts; and experience with build tools including Maven or Jenkins. May work remotely 100% from a home office location anywhere in the United States. Travel to corporate office in Nashville TN is not required.
HOURS: 40 hours per week (9:00 AM 5:00 PM); Mon Fri.
