Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa and drives tangible impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting data analytics digital marketing and economics VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients.

The Intelligence & Data Solutions (IDS) team at VCA consists of data scientists analysts and engineers who provide analytics solutions. Their goal is to leverage VisaNet one of the largest datasets globally to help business enhance their performance and increase profitability.

What a Sales Director Intelligence and Data Solutions does at Visa:

As Sales Director Intelligence and Data Solutions (IDS) you will be responsible for the go-to-market strategy driving pipeline growth and delivering revenue from Visas suite of data and AI solutions across Southeast Asia. You will lead end-to-end sales cycles cultivate senior decision maker relationships and partner with internal and external stakeholders to shape Visas leadership in data commercialization. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales executive with deep expertise in data-driven solutions a strong commercial acumen and a passion for solving clients business problems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Generation

Identify prospect and build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities across Southeast Asiathis is a sales role focused on winning net new clients and deals.

  • Own and deliver revenue targets for Visas Intelligence and Data Solutions (IDS) products and solutions.
  • Conduct consultative presales and sales conversations understanding client challenges and designing tailored IDS solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Lead the full deal cycle from prospecting and solution design to pricing contracting and renewal maintaining disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
  • Negotiate complex multi-year commercial agreements including revenue commitment volume rebates and hybrid pricing models.

2. Partnerships & Market Development

Develop the partner ecosystemidentifying prioritising and building relationships with technology platforms adtech/martech providers data resellers media networks and other relevant ecosystem players to scale Visas IDS business.

  • Build scalable go-to-market strategies and commercial constructs for Visas IDS products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product data science marketing legal compliance and delivery) to ensure successful solution deployment and client satisfaction.
  • Continuously gather market intelligence and buyer feedback to inform product enhancements audience taxonomies integrations and measurement capabilities.

3. Thought Leadership

  • Act as the South East Asia lead for data-related commercial discussions representing Visa IDS in high-value negotiations and strategic engagements. Position Visas data capabilities with prospects and clients to solve their business problems. 
  • Represent Visa at industry events client forums trade publications and panel discussions to evangelise the value of Visas IDS solutions and strengthen market positioning.

Qualifications :

What you will need:

  • Bachelors degree required; MBA or advanced degree 
  • 12 years of enterprise sales experience in data commercialization analytics or SaaS-driven solutions with a strong record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Ability to translate data capabilities into actionable business impact for clients.
  • Exhibit intellectual curiosity and a desire to continually learn.
  • Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Team-oriented collaborative and being able to adapt to different audiences and client situations.
  • Demonstrated success in closing complex multi-stakeholder deals and managing senior client relationships.
  • Experience in or selling to marketing agencies adtech/martech platforms other data-driven organizations in Southeast Asia.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills with proven ability to influence senior executives and decision makers.
  • Experience working in matrixed global organizations is a plus.
