You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailResponsible for the development formulation and implementation of the commercial and sales objectives for the Companys business in the Singapore market.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
Responsible to achieve agreed budget sales revenue and contribution targets.
Requires having keen insight into market trends and customers needs enabling the formulation of comprehensive sales plans that drive revenue growth and expand the Companys market share.
Achieve monthly sales target as set by the Company.
2. Produce effective plans for future sales development and to recommend and
implement where appropriate business strategies for Singapore in terms of quality
availability price and competition.
3. Assist to mentor leads and manages sales operations and oversees activities of junior
sales team.
4. Manage proper and effective orders forecasting and sales data base accuracy.
5. Ensuring sales proposals are presented followed-up and customer payments are
received in accordance with the terms of the contract.
6. Monitor revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
7. Manage the marketing of products in Singapore in the most cost-effective manner
consistent with overall Group policies.
8. Negotiate contracts and close agreements ensuring compliance with Company
policies and legal guidelines. Consistent reviewing of contract and ensuring customers
requirements.
9. Ensure customers requirements are adequately conveyed to the production and
technical departments whilst embracing the order bank forecasting system (SMS).
10. Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales strategies with marketing
campaigns and initiatives.
11. Maintain relationships with key clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
12. Analyze and identify market trends and new market opportunities and competitor
activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Ensure progress is monitored and
aligned to the sales goals.
13. Initiate Customer Complaint Reports to ensure that complaints are promptly and
efficiently dealt with.
14. Develop and present each year a cost revenue and profit budget plan for the
marketing / sales / business in the local market.
15. Report monthly performance against agreed plans and to propose and implement
where appropriate specific actions to remedy deficiencies against planned results.
16. To supply Highlights of Activities Market Movements and Items of Interest.
17. Obtain and update as a continuous process adequate market information and trends
together with competitors development and corporate directions in order to provide
the Company with reliable background information on which to base marketing and
product decisions.
18. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Degree/Diploma in Construction related discipline. Must be a self-starter highly organized.
Must have selling negotiating business writing and presentation skills.
Self-motivator with strong organizational skills and follow up habits
Possess problem solving skills.
Strong leadership skills.
Possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.
Good Interpersonal skills.
Ability to cohesively work and communicate with all peers.
Commercial/ Residential Building experience would be preferred.
Additional Information :
