Job Summary

Join our team and help drive talent growth and the implementation of the learning and development strategy across the Central and Eastern Europe this role you will work closely with the Talent Development Manager CEE as well as local and global teams delivering modern L&D solutions tailored to business needs.

  • Collaborate with the Talent Development Manager to identify training and development needs
  • Co-create and implement tools and programs supporting talent growth across the entire CEE cluster
  • Adapt and deliver training programs in line with the organizations global strategy
  • Conduct training and workshops (both online and offline)
  • Organize and coordinate the logistical aspects of workshops work with external providers and manage vendor and technical processes
  • Develop update adapt and translate training materials
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives prepare reports and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Support global Employer Branding onboarding and recruitment initiatives ensuring their effective adaptation and implementation across diverse local markets in the CEE region

Qualifications :

For this role were looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • University degree (preferably in HR psychology management or a related field)
  • Min. 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within a complex organization
  • Experience in delivering training and workshops (online and in-person) across different organizational levels
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders and to build strong lasting relationships
  • Proactive in following trends and developments in learning and development
  • Experience in creating adapting and translating training materials as well as preparing internal communications
  • High level of independence proactivity and strong organizational skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English and Polish both spoken and written
  • Experience in an international environment is a plus
