Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Information Technology or relevant field

Experience: 12 years of experience in IT Support / Technical Support in healthcare or enterprise systems

Additional Information :

Exposure to Hospital Information Systems EMR/EHR platforms
Experience in first-line user support (doctors nurses admin staff).
Hands-on with:

Troubleshooting user login access rights system errors.
Understanding workflows (Admissions OPD/IPD Billing Pharmacy Labs).

Experience in hospital/clinic environment (even as IT support).
Strong communication skills
Patience & problem-solving approach.
