Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or relevant field
Experience: 12 years of experience in IT Support / Technical Support in healthcare or enterprise systems
Additional Information :
- Exposure to Hospital Information Systems EMR/EHR platforms
- Experience in first-line user support (doctors nurses admin staff).
- Hands-on with:
- Troubleshooting user login access rights system errors.
- Understanding workflows (Admissions OPD/IPD Billing Pharmacy Labs).
- Experience in hospital/clinic environment (even as IT support).
- Strong communication skills
- Patience & problem-solving approach.
