Job Summary

WERE HIRING FOR AN ONSITE SUPPORT ENGINEER IN PAKISTAN!

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Onsite Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical assistance across hardware software and networking systems. This role involves supporting end-users onsite troubleshooting devices and providing smart hands support for network and data center equipment. Youll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation problem-solving and continuous improvement.

What Youll Do:
  • Provide onsite and deskside IT support for end-users covering hardware software and networking issues.
  • Install configure and troubleshoot Windows operating systems Microsoft Office applications and related peripherals.
  • Deliver hands and feet support for network and data center equipment to ensure operational continuity.
  • Manage Active Directory tasks including user account setup mailbox creation and access permissions.
  • Support and maintain end-user devices (desktops laptops printers mobile devices) while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to SLAs.
What You Need:
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS installation configuration and troubleshooting including Microsoft Office support.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP DNS DHCP VPN) and smart hands support for network/data center equipment.
  • Experience with SCCM Windows imaging and endpoint management tools.
  • Excellent customer service orientation with strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft 365 Azure AD) and optional IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA A Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator).
