As a Partner Success Intern you will be an essential part of the team responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued merchant partners. You will support the Partner Success team in their mission to drive growth for merchants on GrabFood and GrabMart.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ropes of account management data analysis and marketing within a dynamic fast-paced tech environment. You will help analyze partner performance support marketing campaigns and provide insights that help our partners thrive on the Grab platform.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Partner Support: Assist the Partner Success Managers in monitoring the performance of small to medium-sized merchant partners helping to identify opportunities for growth.
• Data & Analysis: Support the team with data collection and basic analysis using tools like Google Sheets or Excel to track partner performance metrics such as order volume and basket size.
• Campaign Execution: Help coordinate and monitor advertising and marketing campaigns for our partners ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
• Reporting: Help prepare regular performance reports presentations and other materials for internal and external partner meetings.
• Feedback Consolidation: Help gather and consolidate feedback from merchant partners to share with the wider team contributing to platform and service improvements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with our operations marketing and ad operations teams to provide a great experience for our partners.
• Market Research: Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to help the team develop fresh strategies.

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Economics or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A proactive and collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership.
• Eager to learn detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Comfortable with numbers and basic data analysis; proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is required.
• An interest in the technology F&B or e-commerce industry is a plus.
