Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the monitoring portals for Client systems
- Utilize computerized systems to track and analyze solar systems
- Provide communications such as emailing or calling contractors for onsite visits as well as being able to RMA any equipment
- Utilize Google Suite and other software to assist with office tasks
- Act as solar systems monitor for all company clients and be able to walk them through their portal when they receive PTO
- Provide and analyze generated reports to recognize monitoring system errors and be able to troubleshoot remotely if possible
Requirements
Qualification:
- Previous experience in data management systems
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Monitoring Specialist
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Google Suite and other software applications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data monitoring
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good english written and communication skills
- Experience in using the Enphase system is a plus
