This is a remote position.
Join a thriving e-commerce entrepreneur operating multiple successful Shopify stores in the fast-paced dropshipping industry. With exciting growth ahead and major scaling planned for peak shopping seasons you ll work directly with a hands-on business owner who values efficiency customer satisfaction and the use of cutting-edge AI tools to streamline operations.
As the voice of the brand you ll manage customer communications across Shopify stores and social media channels blending customer service excellence with modern AI-powered support. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a growing multi-store operation while enjoying flexible split-shift hours designed to optimize customer response times.
Responsibilities
Manage and respond to daily customer emails across multiple Shopify stores
Provide timely updates regarding orders shipping status and general inquiries
Handle Facebook comments and engage with customers on social media platforms
Use ChatGPT templates to craft professional consistent customer responses
Maintain the brand s established voice while upholding high service standards
Organize and process daily email communications to ensure no inquiry is missed
Scale operations effectively during peak shopping seasons (Q4) when volume increases
Requirements
Proven experience in email management and customer service excellence
Proficiency with ChatGPT or AI tools for customer communications
Flexibility to work split shifts (1.5 hours AM 1.5 hours PM daily)
Exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail
Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred)
Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office setup
Ability to work independently while maintaining direct communication with the owner
Availability to work 6 days per week (Sunday off) in NZT
