NXT Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a respected local business with their search for a Service Administrator. This role is central to ensuring the smooth running of daily service operations with a focus on high-quality administration customer service and accurate record keeping.

Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day service administration including job cards filing and records.
Use customer portals to upload documents obtain authorisations and book services.
Monitor and control work in progress (WIP) chasing aged jobs and ensuring timely invoicing.
Prepare and process service invoices in line with company and manufacturer standards.
Coordinate bookings follow-ups and customer communications.
Liaise with Technicians and Service Advisors to ensure smooth job progression.
Assist with warranty submissions internal costings and service paperwork.
Support the Service Manager with reporting and other administrative tasks.
About you:
Previous administration experience ideally in an automotive or service-based setting.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
Strong accuracy and attention to detail particularly with invoicing and documentation.
Clear and confident communicator both written and verbal.
Team player with a professional and proactive attitude.
IT confident with experience using Microsoft Office and management systems.
