Position: Creative Content Manager
Work hours: 9:00AM - 6:00PM UK Time
Compensation range: US$1800 - US$2000/month

Our client is a UK-based digital consultancy that helps professional service firms achieve sustainable growth through marketing automation lead generation digital strategy and performance optimisation. About the role

We are looking for a Creative Content Manager to lead the execution of engaging high-performing content across multiple client accounts. This role blends graphic design video editing and copywriting with light client liaison responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is highly creative forward-thinking and able to transform briefs into standout content that performs across social media and paid advertising platforms. While strategic direction will come from the founder the role requires autonomy fresh idea generation and consistent execution.


Responsibilities:

  • Create social media graphics short-form videos (including reels and ads) and campaign assets using tools such as Figma Photoshop Final Cut Pro and CapCut.
  • Write and edit copy for LinkedIn profiles captions and short-form content to support brand positioning and engagement.
  • Execute creative briefs provided by the founder and collaborate with the Ads Specialist to deliver campaign-ready assets.
  • Manage organic content production for approximately six client accounts simultaneously spanning B2B and D2C industries.
  • Produce premium aesthetic content for clients in different sectors ensuring a polished research-based and brand-appropriate look.
  • Generate innovative trend-driven ideas that help client content stand out across social feeds and advertising platforms.
  • Provide light account management support including clarifying client requirements and liaising on creative needs when required.
  • Monitor social and creative trends across platforms like Instagram TikTok Facebook and LinkedIn adapting content to align with what is performing in the market.
  • Support the founder with personal brand content across LinkedIn Instagram and potentially YouTube.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Ads Specialist ensuring smooth handoff from creative to technical campaign execution.


Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of creative content experience in a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong skills in graphic design video editing and copywriting with a proven ability to balance creativity and performance.
  • Proficiency in Figma Adobe Photoshop Final Cut Pro and CapCut. Familiarity with Canva is acceptable but advanced design tools are preferred.
  • Proven ability to write engaging captions LinkedIn profile copy and short-form content that supports brand positioning.
  • Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram TikTok Facebook LinkedIn) and current trends with the ability to create content that resonates and drives engagement.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and a proactive approach to idea generation not just execution.
  • Comfortable with light client-facing interactions to clarify requirements or present content.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to align tone voice and style to client needs.
  • Highly organised able to manage multiple projects at once and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising and paid media performance metrics is advantageous though not essential.
