Your Key missions:
- We are the guarantors in front of and behind the counter of a friendly atmosphere within the Social Hub and make this space live like a real House.
- Passionate about the world of coffee we position Tribe during the day as a real coffee shop. We are recognized experts who know how to listen to and advise the customer in the choice of the ideal coffee or other beverages and take pleasure in sharing our passion.
- When challenges arise your ability to transform obstacles into opportunities shines. Your approach is a testament to your problem-solving abilities and unwavering positivity.
- Customer relationship development: Foster close customer relationships and gather feedback.
- Interdepartmental collaboration: Ensure a consistent customer experience.
Qualifications :
Your profile:
- Restaurateur at heart with a positive attitude
- Quality-oriented
- Good level of English
- Previous experience as a barista or a barista qualification is required
- Takes initiative and can bring ideas to the team
- Hold a Valid Visa or has full working rights for New Zealand
