Job Description
Your Core Attitude:
As a Duty Manager you will be the pillar of our TRIBE revolution: a blend of elegance innovation and your charismatic leadership & attitude you will inspire your teams to craft magical moments and create unforgettable in English you master the art of turning opportunities into triumphs while elevating the TRIBE lifestyle to new heights. Your Key missions:
- Shift manager of the hotel embodying the Tribe brand both in-hotel and outside. A true master of the house. The role and attitude are key in the Tribe experience defined by authenticity friendliness and sharing
- Within the collective instil a state of mind where everyone must be able to help each other: welcoming a customer checking in preparing set-ups poring a drink ... Exemplary and accessible drive the creation of events within the Social Hub and actively participate in order to create a close relationship with the customers accommodated passing through and the neighbours of the neighbourhood.
- Ensure the smooth running of all departments.
- Revolutionize our accommodation and dining offerings maximizing revenue potential while staying on trend.
- Ensure all revenue for the day is accounted for with daily summary being completed to balance daily activity
Qualifications :
- Strong representativeness
- Restaurateur at heart
- Quality-oriented
- 1-2 years experience as a Duty Manager preferred
- Good level of English
- Hold a NZ Manager Certificate and LCQ
- Hold a Valid Visa for New Zealand (Sponsorship is not available for this role)
