About the role:
As a Service Desk Analyst you will be the first point of contact for education sector users needing assistance with logins system access and application support for Ministry of Education systems.
This role is all about providing high-quality front-line support whether its helping a user reset their password processing a new account request or guiding someone through using an application.
You will use tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Teams to manage tickets follow defined processes and work with a team dedicated to meeting performance targets such as First Contact Resolution call handling time and timely ticket updates.
