    About the role:

    As a Service Desk Analyst you will be the first point of contact for education sector users needing assistance with logins system access and application support for Ministry of Education systems.
    This role is all about providing high-quality front-line support whether its helping a user reset their password processing a new account request or guiding someone through using an application.
    You will use tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Teams to manage tickets follow defined processes and work with a team dedicated to meeting performance targets such as First Contact Resolution call handling time and timely ticket updates.


    What you will need to be successful:

    • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
    • Basic IT support knowledge (e.g. password resets browser troubleshooting)
    • Experience with account provisioning or user access management (preferred)
    • Comfortable navigating and supporting web-based applications
    • Ability to follow processes multitask and work under pressure
    • Previous service desk or contact centre experience (preferred)


    Tools and Systems:

    • Salesforce (ticket management)
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Ministry of Education systems such as ESL EdPay TWA e-asTTle and NSI

    You adapt well to feedback learn quickly and take pride in delivering an excellent customer experience.
