Job Description
Specifics tasks include but are not limited to:
- Transporting and storing computer inventory following documented procedures (potential need to push pull or lift up to 50 lbs regularly)
- Imaging computers with Windows 11 utilizing SCCM
- Scheduling computer replacements with end users through ServiceNow completing computer refreshes reclaiming and transporting old computers and documenting inventory updates within HAM Pro (in ServiceNow).
- The computer refreshes will take place at each end user s desk professional appearance and excellent customer service is expected.
- Experience with ServiceNow & HAM Pro and/or Apple iPhone deployment is a huge plus.
- Technicians will be traveling to various county buildings in county vehicle driven by full time employee.
- Experience with larger scale deployments (1000/year or similar) Required 2 Years
