Responsibilities
- Manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process for junior roles (screening CV reaching out to best candidates scheduling interviews and etc.);
- Drive the companys growth and development forward by attracting skilled professionals who will take us to the next level;
- Track and use key metrics to drive continuous improvements regarding recruitment decisions and the quality of hires;
- Coordinate promo team during active sourcing activities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies and networking;
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals;
- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the companys presence in the job market.
Qualifications :
- Excellent knowledge of English and Lithuanian;
- Excellent oral and written communications skills;
- Ability to work productively under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Personal competencies: self-driven flexible strong team player positive personality;
- Previous experience in recruitment will be considered as a big advantage;
- Strong organizational and time management skills with great attention to detail;
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates colleagues and stakeholders;
- A growth-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn new recruitment trends and best practices.
