Location: Lithuania (Remote work from home)

About the Role:
As a Customer Service Specialist youll be part of a global support team helping customers via voice email and chat. Youll deliver outstanding personalized service in Hebrew and ensure each interaction leaves customers satisfied and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries across multiple channels (voice email chat)

  • Resolve product service and account-related issues efficiently

  • Escalate more complex matters to relevant teams when needed

  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow-up actions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience

Requirements:

  • Native or near-native Hebrew

  • Fluency in English (both written and speaking)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Empathy patience and a customer-first attitude

  • Experience in customer service or support roles preferred

  • Ability to work in a remote setup with a reliable internet connection
