About the Role:
As a Customer Service Specialist youll be part of a global support team helping customers via voice email and chat. Youll deliver outstanding personalized service in Hebrew and ensure each interaction leaves customers satisfied and supported.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries across multiple channels (voice email chat)

Resolve product service and account-related issues efficiently

Escalate more complex matters to relevant teams when needed

Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow-up actions

Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience
Requirements:

Native or near-native Hebrew
-
Fluency in English (both written and speaking)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-
Empathy patience and a customer-first attitude
-
Experience in customer service or support roles preferred
-
Ability to work in a remote setup with a reliable internet connection
