Job Description
Experience: 4 to 6 Years
Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support for Microsoft 365 Exchange Online and Exchange On-Premises 2019 environments
- Lead migration projects from on-premises Exchange to cloud-based M365
- Manage and resolve M365 service tickets ensuring timely resolution and operational excellence
- Maintain automate and monitor M365 services within the DTAG ecosystem including Azure production environments
- Implement end-to-end service health monitoring and participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation
