Build strong executive-level relationships with CXOs CIOs IT decision-makers and procurement teams.
Grow existing accounts through renewals upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Partner with pre-sales product and marketing teams to create customized value-driven client proposals.
Maintain accurate and updated sales pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools.
Stay updated on industry trends competitor landscape and emerging technologies.
Represent the company at industry events client meetings and networking opportunities.
Mentor and guide junior sales team members to enhance overall sales effectiveness.
Bachelor s degree in Business IT or related field (MBA preferred).
7 10 years of B2B IT/software sales experience with at least 3 years in a sales management role.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
Deep understanding of SaaS enterprise software cloud and subscription-based solutions.
Strong ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent consultative selling communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce HubSpot or equivalent).
Education
Bachelor s degree in Marketing or related field.
