About the Position:
We are seeking a Software Project Lead with 3 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. As a fast-growing company transforming 3D engineering software development we are expanding our leadership team to support global growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client expectations and manage relationships effectively
- Lead project execution reporting and team coordination
- Represent nCircle with a customer-centric approach
- Mentor team members to foster continuous improvement
- Support recruitment and candidate assessments
- Travel domestically and internationally for client/supplier meetings
Requirements
- 3 6 years of experience in project management or related roles
- Strong technical understanding and ability to manage scope
- Excellent prioritization forecasting and organizational skills
- Experience managing mid-sized teams and international clients
- Outstanding communication presentation and interpersonal skills
