This role requires strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment workforce planning and talent acquisition practices. The candidate should possess proven leadership abilities consistency in career stability and a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality hires within defined timelines.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational and business goals.
Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing screening interviewing selection offer management and onboarding.
Partner with business leaders and department heads to forecast hiring needs and support workforce planning initiatives.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through active networking referrals job portals and campus hiring.
Introduce innovative hiring practices by leveraging digital platforms assessment tools and social media recruitment.
Ensure compliance with company policies legal frameworks and industry best practices during the recruitment process.
Track and monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-hire cost-per-hire and quality-of-hire) and present regular reports to management.
Collaborate with recruitment agencies consultants and job boards to optimize hiring outcomes.
Drive continuous improvements in recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
8 10 years of experience in recruitment with a strong track record of successful placements.
Demonstrated success in handling leadership-level and niche hiring.
Strong knowledge of sourcing channels applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR tools.
Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building ability.
Proven expertise in workforce planning and employer branding.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and trends.
Ability to lead mentor and guide recruitment teams effectively.
Consistent career stability (average tenure of at least 3 years per organization).
