Job Summary:
As a Recruitment Consultant based in our Dalian office you will play a crucial role in sourcing candidates within China for our domestic clients job openings. This position involves daily communication with candidates in healthcare area and ensuring appropriate placements.
Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels including job boards social media and professional networks.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Client Management:
- building relationships with candidates and clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the life sciences sector.
- Understand clients hiring requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients and coordinate the interview process.
Market Research and Insights:
- Stay informed about industry trends market developments and competitor activities.
- Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on market research and candidate feedback.
- Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and best practices.
Administrative and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions in the recruitment database.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities candidate progress and client feedback.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant recruitment regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Recruitment or sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry is highly valued.
Excellent communication skills.
High-level business proficiency in English is preferred
Self-driven with a strong work ethic.
Ability to adapt to a rapidly growing team environment.
