Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Design develop test and deploy dynamic websites and web applications using PHP.
- Work with frameworks such as Laravel / CodeIgniter (preferred).
- Manage backend services APIs and database integration.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Maintain and enhance existing websites troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Ensure website security data protection and compliance with best practices.
- Write clean reusable and well-documented code.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to ongoing projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in PHP development.
- Strong understanding of Core PHP OOP concepts and MVC frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with MySQL / MariaDB database design and queries.
- Experience in building responsive websites using HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript jQuery.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and third-party API integrations.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git GitHub/Bitbucket).
- Good understanding of security principles and performance optimization techniques.
- Exposure to CMS platforms like WordPress Joomla or Drupal (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving debugging and analytical skills.
