The Sr. Backend Developer is a pivotal role focused on designing and implementing robust backend solutions that meet the needs of our dynamic business environment. As a senior member of the development team you will be responsible for creating scalable and efficient backend systems that power our applications ensuring optimal performance and reliability. This position requires a deep understanding of backend technologies and architecture as well as experience with modern development practices and tools. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the technical direction of projects while mentoring junior developers and collaborating closely with frontend teams. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality reusable and scalable backend systems.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 4 years of professional backend development experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python Java or .
- Experience with database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
- Strong understanding of RESTful services and API design.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).
- Experience with version control systems preferably Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.
- Understanding of containerization (Docker Kubernetes).
- Experience with testing frameworks and unit testing.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
